PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your reservation before 4pm MST, 7 days prior to your arrival date, for a full refund of your deposit.
The final balance due will be charged to the card on file 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival at which point your reservation is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM
All efforts will be made to have your vacation unit cleaned and ready by the designated check-in time. We do not accommodate early check-in; however we will text the phone number on file if your unit is ready prior to check-in time.
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM
Check-out time must be strictly met to allow cleaning to be completed in a timely manner for the next guests.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the rental units or within 25 feet of the buildings. $1,000 minimum fine for each infraction. We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the units and we fine a minimum of $1,000 each time a unit has been smoked in. Additional fees may be charged to bring the unit back to normal operating standards.
- We have a designated outdoor smoking area for guest use.
NO PETS
Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals allowed on the LaFave property. $1,000 minimum fine for each animal.
QUIET HOURS
Town Noise Ordinance and Quiet Hours. Please respect the Springdale town ordinance mandated quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
