DESCRIPTION: If you are not going to hike the Narrows, then this is the next best thing. This hike gives you a taste for the narrowing of Zion canyon and the steepness of the walls. Very scenic and easy hike. Tends to be very crowded. Trail is paved, so the conditions are as easy as it gets.

DESCRIPTION: Well established trail that leads to the Lower Emerald Pool and waterfall. This is an extremely popular trail because it is so easy and scenic—therefore it can be very crowded. If you are in decent shape and have a bit more time, an arguably better way to get to the Emerald Pools is via the Kayenta Trail.
